Born in New Orleans and raised in Slidell, LA, Drew kicked off his culinary career attending the Culinary Institute of America in New York. After graduating he worked in several restaurants in New York City and Portland, OR collecting culinary experience and inspiration. In spring 2011 Drew moved back to New Orleans to join Cochon Butcher as Chef de Cuisine.
