Karin Colgan was born in Vermont and moved to New Orleans at the age of 18. She has worked in the restaurant industry in New Orleans since 2000, and joined the Link Restaurant Group in 2009 as a server. She became a manger at Cochon in 2010 and then moved on to become the General Manager of Butcher in 2011.
